When patients suffer from pain, they should not have to wait weeks to months to be seen. Our practice has been structured to offer rapid, convenient appointments. While wait times for other clinics are typically months, we have built an infrastructure in which patients can be seen within 48 hours.

Telehealth Options

We have adapted to the changing telehealth environment and conveniently offer telehealth visits directly through our website’s home page. Our goal is to use this technology to stay connected and see our patients more frequently in times of need.

We understand that to provide the best patient care and be our best as physicians, we need to have the best trained clinical staff. We are lucky to have an attentive team with many combined years of pain experience, all aligned on the same goal of giving the best care above all else.

We want our patients to feel well cared for at every touchpoint; therefore, our staff fields all calls directly from patients, and we do not use an impersonal call center. Additionally, our team has decreased the amount of paperwork necessary to be completed by patients. We understand that the number of documents and paperwork can be overwhelming. We have put processes in place to have our patients only complete the most necessary paperwork so that they can spend more time with our providers and staff.

The insurance environment is an ever-changing marketplace with new regulations and processes modified on a weekly basis. We have experience navigating the complexities of the insurance environment, and our promise to patients is to do everything possible to provide the best care most affordably. To do so, we have invested in equipment to provide advanced procedural care safely and more affordably within our office. We do have privileges at many hospitals and surgery centers within the community if these locations are required for any patient when necessary.
