Meet Ms. Nicole Tek

Nicole Tek is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Clemson University, followed by both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina. Nicole is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and developing individualized treatment plans to improve function, relieve pain, and enhance quality of life.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Nicole lived in Charleston, South Carolina after completing her education before relocating to Florida to be closer to family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, and being with family and friends.
